Starting salaries for First Officers are competitive and structured based on experience and relevant type rating (A320 or Embraer 195). Daily allowances are also provided based on duty length and destinations.

Successful candidates can anticipate an invitation for assessment during fall/winter 2025/2026, with employment expected to commence in late 2025 or the first half of 2026.
