Cabin Crew Member - Ryanair Group

About the Role
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to acquire the essential skills for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training includes regular exams and culminates in supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. As a Cabin Crew Member, responsibilities include operating early and late shifts, with a commitment to safety as the top priority. Career advancement opportunities within the Ryanair Group are extensive, with pathways to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.
Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement of approximately 157 cm (5'2") to 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.

Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing English fluently.
