Key Responsibilities and the Role

As a Ryanair Group Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of safety and deliver exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests daily across 3,600+ flights. The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for new Cabin Crew members to join its expanding team during the Autumn/Winter months, with positions available at one of its numerous operational bases.

New recruits will embark on a comprehensive six-week training course, meticulously designed to equip them with all fundamental skills. This intensive program includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. This role demands adaptability and resilience, operating a predictable fixed 5-day-on, 3-day-off roster, which includes early morning starts (as early as 5 AM) and late evening finishes (up to midnight). Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following essential criteria:

Legal Right to Work: Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
Height Requirement: Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
Swimming Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
