Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) Training Specialist

About the Role:
The SEP Training Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest safety standards for Riyadh Air's passengers and crew. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of engaging and comprehensive SEP training programs for both Flight and Cabin Crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective SEP training programs that align with Riyadh Air's guest experience and flight operations vision, while adhering to all General Authority Civil Aviation (GACA) regulatory requirements.
- Champion consistency and quality assurance across all training content and delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify opportunities for program enhancement and ensure training effectiveness.
- Cultivate a high-performance learning environment within the Cabin Crew SEP Training department, fostering a positive and engaging experience for all Riyadh Air employees.
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to Part Time Cabin Crew SEP trainers, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship, while embodying the core Riyadh Air values.
- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Safety & Health guidelines when utilizing training materials, equipment, and facilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as inflight crew.
- Proven experience in facilitating SEP training programs.
- High School Graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree (12+3) or equivalent is preferred.
- Recognized training qualification from institutions such as CIPD or IATA is highly desirable.
- Valid Cabin Crew license is preferred.
- Valid certification/qualification as a recognized Cabin Crew Trainer/Examiner is highly advantageous.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in mentoring, coaching, and training.
- Strong curriculum design and course management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis, report compilation, and regulatory interpretation.
