The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize the safety and security of all passengers and crew members.
Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and addressing passenger needs.
Assist with efficient passenger boarding and deboarding procedures.
Serve and sell food, beverages, and onboard products.
Respond promptly and effectively to passenger requests and inquiries.
Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks, adhering to established protocols.
Contribute to the cleanliness and efficient restocking of the aircraft between flights.
Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Maintain consistent adherence to all Flyadeal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English (additional languages are highly desirable).
Must meet Flyadeal's Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements.
Minimum height of 160 cm.
Must possess the physical fitness to lift and carry heavy objects.
Minimum arm span of 212 cm while on tiptoes.
Must successfully pass a comprehensive medical examination.
No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
Absence of any dental issues.
Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
Eligibility to travel to all Flyadeal destinations.
Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional demeanor and impeccable grooming are essential.
