The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety and security of all passengers and crew members.
- Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and addressing passenger needs.
- Assist with efficient passenger boarding and deboarding procedures.
- Serve and sell food, beverages, and onboard products.
- Respond promptly and effectively to passenger requests and inquiries.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks, adhering to established protocols.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and efficient restocking of the aircraft between flights.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Maintain consistent adherence to all Flyadeal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are highly desirable).
- Must meet Flyadeal's Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements.
- Minimum height of 160 cm.
- Must possess the physical fitness to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Minimum arm span of 212 cm while on tiptoes.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive medical examination.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Absence of any dental issues.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
- Eligibility to travel to all Flyadeal destinations.
- Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable grooming are essential.
