About the Role

Riyadh Air, a new national airline headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Cabin Crew Trainer to join its elite training team. This role is integral to shaping the future of flying by delivering engaging training sessions in Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), world-class Service and Hospitality, and essential Aviation Medical skills. The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for the effective design and delivery of training, acting as a coach, mentor, and role model to diverse crew members, ensuring all training aligns with Riyadh Air's FRESH values and complies with GACA regulations within a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience.
• Possession of current or previous Cabin Crew experience.
• Mandatory experience training Cabin Crew in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technology to facilitate training delivery.
• Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a role model, coach, mentor, and inspire others.
• Commitment to ensuring training is top-notch and fully compliant with GACA regulations.
