Rise Air, Saskatchewan's largest full-service airline, seeks experienced and passionate aviation professionals to fill full-time rotational Medevac Captain positions based in La Ronge, SK. The successful candidate will pilot BE20/King Air 200 aircraft in medevac operations. This role requires adherence to the company's minimum standards and/or Basic Aviation Risk Standards (BARS). Medevac Captains will receive a generous signing bonus payable upon completion of line indoctrination: $5,000 with a type rating within two years, $10,000 with a current PPC, or $1,500 without a type rating in the last two years.
In addition to base salary, Medevac Captains will receive a market supplement of 25% (meeting company minimums) or 40% (meeting BARS requirements), along with a $100 per medevac shift premium. Note: Advertised salaries include the minimum 25% market supplement. The position offers a set schedule, typically 14 days ON, 14 days OFF or 7 days ON, 7 days OFF, with travel on guaranteed days off. Captains will receive two additional weeks of pay annually for mandatory training events scheduled outside of the rotation. Medevac shifts are structured to ensure equal flight time with no rolling duty days. Rise Air provides travel arrangements to and from the candidate's gateway airport within Canada to Saskatoon, and to and from La Ronge, along with company-provided accommodation.
Preference will be given to candidates with current PPCs.
