About the Role
Rich Products Corporation is seeking a professional, flexible, and safety-oriented Corporate Copilot for a Falcon 2000 EASy position. This role supports a Part 91 flight department, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and service in alignment with the Rich Aviation Flight Operations Manual (FOM).
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Perform and complete all required pre-flight and post-flight duties and aircraft inspections.

Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, checklists, and the flight department FOM.

Participate actively in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Maintain current qualifications, valid flight certificates, and a First Class Medical (no limitations).

Possess the ability to obtain and maintain necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and international vaccination records.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Handle job responsibilities with high integrity, discretion, and sensitivity regarding confidential company and employee information.

Assist with the handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage, which requires the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Interface with passengers and personnel with professional, courteous, and effective communication.

Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to seeking resources and problem-solving.

Must be available for a flexible schedule and international travel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certifications:
Commercial license required; Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license strongly preferred.

Medical:
First Class Medical certificate with no limitations.

Flight Experience:
Minimum 1,500 hours total time; 500 hours jet time preferred.

Aircraft Experience:
Falcon experience strongly preferred, with specific experience in EASy I/II platforms.

Technical Requirements:
Basic computer skills.

Regulatory Compliance:
No prior FAA or DOT violations (including DUI/DWI). Must be able to pass an extensive TSA, PRIA, and corporate background check.
Compensation
The estimated annual base compensation for this role ranges from $113,669.66 to $153,788.37. Actual compensation is determined based on non-discriminatory factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
