Position Purpose
The Corporate Copilot is responsible for performing key accountabilities as defined by the Rich Aviation Flight Operation Manual (FOM). This role supports a Part 91 flight department by maintaining the highest levels of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability to meet the company’s international and domestic air travel needs.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Perform and complete all required pre-flight and post-flight duties and aircraft inspections.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists, and the Flight Operation Manual (FOM).

Actively participate in the flight department’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Maintain currency and qualification in the assigned aircraft and keep all required certificates valid.

Manage and maintain passports, visas, and international certificates of vaccination required for global travel.

Assist with the handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage, which includes heavy lifting.

Interface with passengers and company personnel in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner.

Exercise integrity, discretion, and sensitivity regarding confidential company and employee information.

Proactively establish priorities and manage organizational resources effectively.

Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate international travel requirements.
Candidate Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certification:
Commercial license required; Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate strongly preferred.

Medical:
First Class Medical Certificate with no limitations.

Flight Experience:
Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time. A preference of 500 hours of jet time is desired.

Technical Experience:
Experience with Falcon EASy I/II systems is strongly preferred.

Regulatory Compliance:
Must have no prior FAA or DOT violations, including DUIs or DWIs.

Screening:
Must be able to pass extensive TSA, PRIA, and corporate background checks.

Skills:
Effective oral and written communication, basic computer proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation
The reasonable estimate for the annual base compensation for this role is
$113,669.66 – $153,788.37
. Final compensation is determined by non-discriminatory factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differentials, and location.
