Purpose Statement
To select a candidate and future associate that will perform the key accountabilities listed, to include those duties and responsibilities included in the Rich Aviation’s FOM (Flight Operation Manual). These responsibilities will help support the needs of our Part 91 flight department, while focusing on and maintaining the highest level of safety, professionalism, flexibility and reliability in an effort to support the company’s air travel needs. Our candidate selection will focus on a choosing the right applicant to fill the needs of an open Falcon 2000EX copilot position.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Be able to perform and complete required pre/post flight duties and inspections of the aircraft specifiedResponsible to comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists and working knowledge of company FOMEffective oral and written communication skillsBe an active participant in the flight departments Safety Management System (SMS)Be a self-motivating, professional, ethical and flexible individualRemain current and qualified in the assigned aircraftMaintain valid certificates required to perform scheduled flight dutiesAble to obtain and maintain passports and if required, visas, current international certificates of vaccination and other documents as required to travel to specific international destinationsMust present a team effort approach with great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skillsMust be proactive, efficient, with the ability to seek out answers and resources as neededMust be able to work flexible schedules and willing to travel internationally when neededBasic computer skillsAble to actively establish priorities and have good organizational skillsMust be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee informationPossess no prior FAA or DOT violations to include DUI’s, DWI’sAble to pass an extensive TSA, PRIA and corporate background checkAssist with handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage(requires some heavy lifting)Interface with passengers and other company personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certificates: Commercial license but ATP preferred
Medical: First Class with no limitations
Flight Time: 1500 Hours minimum total time (500 hours jet time preferred)
Falcon Exper: Preferred with EASY I/II experience

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$113,669.66 - $153,788.37
