Position Purpose

Rich Aviation is seeking a professional Corporate Co-Pilot for our Falcon 2000 EASy aircraft. The successful candidate will perform key accountabilities as defined in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) to support our Part 91 flight department. The role requires the highest level of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability to meet the company’s air travel requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform and complete pre-flight and post-flight duties and aircraft inspections.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists, and the company FOM.
  • Maintain effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Actively participate in the flight department’s Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Maintain current qualification and currency in the assigned aircraft.
  • Possess and maintain all valid certificates required for scheduled flight duties.
  • Secure and maintain passports, visas, and international certificates of vaccination as required for international travel.
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Exhibit a proactive, efficient work ethic with the ability to source information and resources independently.
  • Maintain the ability to work flexible schedules and travel internationally.
  • Demonstrate basic computer literacy.
  • Handle job responsibilities with integrity, discretion, and sensitivity regarding confidential company and employee information.
  • Possess no prior FAA or DOT violations, including DUIs or DWIs.
  • Successfully complete an extensive TSA, PRIA, and corporate background check.
  • Assist with aircraft handling, passenger management, and baggage loading (requires physical ability to perform heavy lifting).
  • Interface with passengers and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certificates: Commercial license required; ATP certificate strongly preferred.
  • Medical: First Class medical certificate with no limitations.
  • Flight Experience: 1,500 hours minimum total time required; 500 hours jet time preferred.
  • Aircraft Experience: Falcon experience, particularly with EASy I/II, is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The estimated annual base compensation range for this role is $113,669.66 - $153,788.37. Actual compensation may vary based on non-discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
