Cabin Crew Scheduler
Resource Group is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join an established international airline based in Valencia. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the airline's daily flight operations, contributing significantly to both safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assignment of cabin crew (TCPs) to operational flights, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance.
- Monitor and validate cabin crew activity and rest periods, strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate and assign crew positioning movements as necessary to facilitate seamless operational coverage.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and accurately to cabin crew members and all relevant operational departments.
- Process and adjust schedules for unforeseen circumstances, such as sick leaves, ensuring minimal disruption to flight operations.
- Maintain a minimum level of reserve cabin crew resources daily to address potential contingencies and operational demands.
- Oversee and manage daily operational incidents related to crew scheduling, implementing effective resolutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo Superior) in Tourism or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English, equivalent to a B2 or C1 level, for effective international communication.
- Demonstrated availability and flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to personal transport for commuting to the base in Valencia.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar crew scheduling, flight operations, or operational support role within the airline industry will be highly valued.
Conditions of Employment
- A permanent (indefinido) full-time employment contract.
- Work on a structured rotational shift pattern (8-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering morning, afternoon, and night), with two designated days off per week.
