Flight Attendant
A highly motivated individual is sought to join our team as a Flight Attendant. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers, adhering strictly to FAA and Inflight guidelines. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain a secure environment, and contribute to the seamless operation of flights.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned cabin duties while providing a safe and comfortable onboard experience for all guests.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all emergency procedures and equipment, operating emergency exits and aircraft equipment, including the use of force up to 70 pounds.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, maneuvering carts weighing in excess of 250 pounds.
- Assist passengers with carry-on baggage, lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Maintain a neat and orderly cabin environment.
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure on-time departures and efficient turn times.
- Conduct inflight sales and promotional activities as assigned.
- Assist other Customer Service staff as needed.
- Maintain reliable and prompt attendance in accordance with Company policies.
- Present a professional image, adhering to the Company uniform and conduct guidelines.
- Comply with all associate Rules of Conduct.
- Maintain current Inflight guides and manuals.
- Promote the Company’s core values and culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Must be 20 years of age by the date of the first interview.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from various audiences effectively.
- Ability to speak and be understood in English, including shouted verbal commands in emergencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to serve alcoholic beverages and handle peanuts, meals containing shellfish/seafood, beef, and pork.
- Ability to work with animals and around other allergens and products.
- Tattoos must comply with the Company's Style Guide, with restrictions on visibility in certain areas; tattoos on arms, wrist, legs, ankles, and feet are permitted if less than 2” x 3.25”, otherwise they must be covered.
- Wingspan of approximately 55 inches or greater.
- Ability to sit in the Flight Attendant jump seat with the seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without modifications.
- Must not have multiple visible piercings while in uniform.
- Must be willing to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively handle stress related to deadlines and change.
- Capable of interpreting various instructions in different formats.
- Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations.
- Capable of making day-to-day decisions that support the operation.
- Ability to process information quickly and react positively during unexpected events.
- Capable of managing personal responses and acting appropriately under stress.
- Must possess the physical strength to operate all emergency equipment, including using up to 70 pounds of force.
- Capable of lifting objects above shoulders up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing over 250 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to stoop, crouch, squat, climb and kneel.
- Ability to see clearly at 20 feet or more with corrective lenses or contacts.
- Ability to clearly hear verbal communications with ambient noise.
- Ability to sit in the assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without modification.
- Ability to move about the aircraft freely and quickly in a confined environment.
- Ability to work extended duty periods on consecutive days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation.
- Previous Flight Attendant experience.
Work Environment:

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel up to 100% of the time, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.
