- Delivering Exceptional Service: Providing food and beverage services to passengers, skillfully maneuvering service carts weighing over 250 pounds. Assisting passengers with stowing carry-on luggage, ensuring a tidy cabin environment throughout the flight, and participating in onboard sales and promotional activities as required.
- Collaborating for Operational Excellence: Working seamlessly with fellow crew members to adhere to reporting times, departure schedules, and minimum turnaround times, contributing to a reliable and punctual operation.
- Embodying Professionalism: Presenting a polished and professional demeanor in conduct and appearance, adhering to company uniform standards, and upholding the company's core values and positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-focused role. Applicants must be 20 years of age by the first interview date. Prior experience as a Flight Attendant or within the aviation industry is highly advantageous.
- Essential Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated ability to remain calm and respond effectively under pressure, particularly in emergency situations. Possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate clearly during emergencies. Exhibiting a positive attitude, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Meeting the physical demands of the role, including lifting objects up to 35 pounds overhead, pushing and pulling service carts exceeding 250 pounds, and comfortably maneuvering within the confined space of an aircraft cabin.
