About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member with Qatar Airways, the primary responsibilities include creating a welcoming and world-class experience for international passengers, prioritizing safety, security, and passenger well-being on every flight. The role involves supporting passengers throughout their journey, confidently handling unexpected situations with professionalism, and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Cabin Crew members are expected to represent Qatar Airways with pride, warmth, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation, or another customer-facing role.
• Minimum height of 212 cm with arms fully extended.
• Completion of at least 10 years of formal education, with official certificates or documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Naturally people-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pride in attention to detail and follow-through.
• Enjoyment of working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Good health and physical fitness.
• Eligibility to meet Qatar employment visa requirements and readiness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
