Priester Aviation seeks a qualified G200 First Officer (SIC) to join their team in Naples, FL. This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually. The First Officer will support the Pilot in Command in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight operations in a dynamic Part 135 and Part 91 environment.

About the Role

The G200 First Officer, also referred to as the Second in Command (SIC), is integral to the safe and efficient operation of Priester Aviation's aircraft. This role involves assisting the Pilot in Command (PIC) with all flight duties, adhering strictly to company policies, Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include monitoring aircraft systems, managing navigation and communication, coordinating effectively with crew resources, conducting pre- and post-flight duties, adhering to safety and emergency procedures, and providing exceptional passenger service. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, safety consciousness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Flight Hours: A minimum of 1000 total flight hours, including at least 100 hours in multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft. Turbine experience is preferred.
• Certifications: Must possess a Commercial Pilot Certificate with a multi-engine instrument rating or higher. A current First-Class Medical Certificate is also required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations procedures. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities are essential, as is proficiency in Crew Resource Management (CRM) and flight management systems.
• Availability: Must be available to report to the departure airport within 60 minutes for charter flight assignments.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds when handling baggage and equipment.
• Travel: Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel for extended periods as dictated by the flight schedule.
