This position requires a highly experienced and skilled aviation professional. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5,000 total flight hours. A substantial portion of this experience must include 2,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC). Furthermore, 2,500 hours of multi-engine land experience are essential, with 1,500 hours as multi-engine PIC. Candidates must also demonstrate significant turbine aircraft experience, with 2,000 hours accumulated in turbine aircraft, as well as 500 hours of instrument time.
The Pilot in Command (PIC) assumes ultimate responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft. This includes strict adherence to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and established operational procedures. The PIC is expected to effectively manage all facets of flight preparation and execution, ensuring seamless crew coordination, meticulous risk management, and a superior level of passenger service.
