Perimeter Aviation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Flight Attendants. Based out of Winnipeg (YWG), Thompson (YTH), or Timmins (YTS), successful candidates will act as ambassadors of safety and customer service on all Perimeter flights.

As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers. Perimeter Aviation Flight Attendants are professional, courteous, and always prepared to go the extra mile to create a positive and memorable journey.
Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in pre-flight briefings and reviewing flight information.
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks, ensuring the availability of emergency equipment, and preparing the cabin for service.
- Delivering clear and concise safety and service announcements and demonstrations.
- Preparing the cabin for takeoff, landing, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment throughout the flight.
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering a selection of snacks and beverages.
- Managing onboard sales transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrating leadership, offering guidance, and providing assistance to passengers and colleagues as required.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable cabin environment.
- Completing pre-flight and post-flight documentation accurately.
- Managing and restocking onboard commissary supplies.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Responding to stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
- Conscientiousness, confidence, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and effectiveness.
- Successful completion of a minimum three-week initial training program, including written and practical exams.
- Sensitivity to the unique environmental, cultural, and business needs of diverse northern communities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Desired Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education (University/College).
- Completion of the Inflight Institute CT-201 course is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible work schedule, including the possibility of 14-hour workdays.
- Weekend and statutory holiday availability.
- Travel is a requirement of the position.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Valid Passport is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Pass.
- Must meet aviation medical standards.
