Aviation Management Professional

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our aviation operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive flight experience and leadership capabilities within the corporate aviation sector.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional aviation experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of aviation management experience in a role of similar scope.
  • Possession of a current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.
  • Minimum total flight time of 7,000 hours.
  • Minimum of 4,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of jet experience.
  • Minimum of 100 hours in a multi-crew cockpit.
  • Demonstrated experience within a corporate flight department.
  • Experience with super mid-size or large jet aircraft and international flight operations (preferred).
  • Experience with the Citation Sovereign (considered beneficial).
  • Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.
  • Ability to legally cross international borders.
  • Clean safety record with no incidents or accidents under the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
  • No criminal convictions that would prevent the eligibility to hold a driver’s license or an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Compensation

The salary range for this role in Illinois is $169,100 – $265,650. Compensation decisions are determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skill set, professional experience, training, licensure, certifications, work location, and broader business or organizational needs. Actual salary and benefit packages may vary based on location.
