About the Role:

As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, a dedication to safety, and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Training and Development:

Norwegian provides comprehensive training for all Cabin Crew members. You will participate in an intensive course, led by our experienced training department, covering all aspects of cabin crew operations, including safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service. Upon completion of the course, you will receive official certification.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Confident and outgoing with a strong sense of customer service
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to plan and organize, while remaining adaptable and resourceful
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to work full-time hours with irregular schedules
• Energetic, resilient, and hard-working

Essential Requirements:

• Over 20 years of age
• Minimum height of 160 cm (can reach 210 cm when standing on tiptoes)
• Ability to swim
• Clean criminal record
• Unrestricted passport allowing visa-free entry to all destinations served by Norwegian
• Valid working permit in Sweden
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Preferably, a Scandinavian language
• Living within 90 minutes of Stockholm or willing to relocate
• Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
• Valid medical certificate (prior experience) or the ability to obtain one
• Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing prior to hiring

Safety Requirements:

• Approved medical certificate
• Intoxication/alcohol test
• Approved background check for an admission card
• Successful completion of the Norwegian Cabin Crew training course
