Exceptional Training Provided

This exciting opportunity offers both inexperienced and experienced candidates a comprehensive training program, culminating in an official Cabin Crew Attestation. Working alongside experienced professionals, successful candidates will receive expert guidance and mentorship, joining a thriving team of 2,500 cabin crew members.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Possess a Spanish ID or NIE number and Spanish Social Security number
Be at least 20 years of age
Be at least 160cm tall or reach 210cm when standing on tiptoes
Be a competent swimmer
Have a clean criminal record
Hold an unrestricted passport permitting visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations
Possess a valid working permit for Spain
Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation/CCA
Have a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one
Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Be fluent in written and spoken English
Ideally reside within a 90-minute radius of the Barcelona base
