Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training program, developed and conducted in conjunction with Norwegian's esteemed training department. This immersive course will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a Cabin Crew member and culminates in official certification. Upon completion, you'll join a dedicated team of 2,500 cabin crew members ready to welcome you to the skies.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
We seek individuals who embody the Norwegian spirit:
Essential Requirements:
- Spanish ID or NIE number holder
- Spanish Social Security number holder
- Over 20 years of age
- Minimum height of 160 cm or ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- Proficient swimmer
- Clean criminal record
- Unrestricted passport permitting visa-free entry to Norwegian's destinations
- Valid working permit for Spain
- Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferably residing within a 90-minute radius of the Palma base

Additional Requirements:
Prior to commencing employment, successful candidates must provide:
- An approved medical certificate, including an alcohol/intoxication test
