Experienced Cabin Crew - Join Nordica and Spread Your Wings!

Nordic Aviation Group, a trusted Capacity Provider Airline group wholly owned by the Republic of Estonia, seeks experienced Cabin Crew to join their expanding team in Tallinn. As the largest airline in Estonia, we employ over 600 professionals from 30 countries, operating from bases across Europe. We offer long-term ACMI production under wet-lease contracts for major European airlines through our two successful brands, Nordica and Xfly.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tallinn, with employment contracts governed by Estonian law.

To excel in this role, you require:

Proven experience as Cabin Crew on A320 aircraft
Previous experience as Senior Cabin Crew on A320 aircraft (beneficial)
Fluent written and spoken English
A professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
A valid EU/FFA/Swiss passport
A clean criminal record
Excellent physical fitness and swimming ability
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Trustworthiness, responsibility, and punctuality

Full Training Provided

We provide comprehensive training for experienced Cabin Crew. Please note that while the training is free of charge, those who leave the company within one year of completion will be required to reimburse the training cost.
