Flight Attendant Manager - Network Aviation, Perth

Network Aviation, a vibrant and growing team of over 800 individuals, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flight Attendant Manager to join our team in Perth. As a Flight Attendant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our Cabin Crew team to achieve Network Aviation's business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the people leadership sphere, including performance, development, engagement, health and wellbeing, long-term ill/injured and disciplinary matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving team performance to achieve business plan objectives.
  • Coaching and developing Cabin Crew to improve and enhance their skills.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams in an operational environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and influence others.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation and diplomacy skills.
  • Experience working within an industrialised workplace environment.
  • Resilience and high motivation.
  • Strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record of building effective teams and fostering engagement.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and personal integrity.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work an 'on-call' roster as required.
