Pilot in Command or Second in Command - Gulfstream G200
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) position operating a Gulfstream G200 aircraft based at KFTW (Fort Worth Alliance Airport).

This 3-pilot account, supported by a Maintenance Technician, will operate under EJM's P135 certificate and fly approximately 450 hours per year. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring Safe Flight Operations:
- Comply with company and regulatory requirements regarding crew and trip assignments.
- Complete thorough flight planning, performance, weight and balance calculations for each assignment.
- Lead required briefings utilizing Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks.
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel as required.
- Function as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as outlined in company policy.
- Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including evaluating maintenance status to ensure mission capability. Record any aircraft discrepancies according to company SOPs.
- Monitor and execute all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) in accordance with SOPs.
- Conduct passenger briefings aligned with company policy and regulations, delivering the highest level of customer service and catering to any special needs of passengers.
- Effectively utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) techniques for clear and timely communication with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
Delivering Exceptional Service:
- Provide top-tier service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience. Regularly investigate and resolve any service deviations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure a consistent service experience for owners and passengers. Resolve conflicts and challenges in a professional and appropriate manner.
Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Uphold regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Comply with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and report any safety concerns or non-compliance issues through designated channels.
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation.
- FAA Type rating G200 (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
- Must meet the minimum time requirements outlined below for either PIC or SIC.
Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours.
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours.
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours.
- PIC MEL: 500 hours.
- Instrument: 300 hours.
- Jet: 500 hours.
- ATP License.
Minimum Second in Command (SIC) Time Requirements:
- ATP License.
- Total flight time: 2500 hours.
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours.
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours.
- Instrument: 150 hours.
- Jet: 250 hours.
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours.
