Pilot in Command or Second in Command - Gulfstream G200

Position Overview:
EJM is seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) position on a Gulfstream G200 aircraft based at KFTW (Fort Worth Alliance Airport). This is a three-pilot account supported by a Maintenance Technician. The aircraft, operating on EJM's P135 certificate, will fly approximately 450 hours annually. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Pilot in Command (PIC): The PIC is responsible for ensuring that the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This includes complying with all company and regulatory requirements while providing an exceptional service experience for passengers.
Second in Command (SIC): The SIC reports to the Chief Pilot and is responsible for performing all assigned duties related to the safe and efficient conduct of flight assignments. The SIC is also responsible to the assigned PIC for all duties assigned during a scheduled trip.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring Safe Operation of Flight:
- Complying with all company and regulatory crewing and trip assignment requirements.
- Completing flight planning, performance, weight, and balance tasks as required.
- Leading required briefings and mitigating operational risks using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology.
- Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with company personnel as necessary.
- Serving as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy.
- Completing all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including verifying the maintenance status of the aircraft to ensure it is mission capable.
- Recording all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitoring and ensuring all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) are accomplished in accordance with SOPs.
- Completing passenger briefings according to company policy and regulations, delivering the highest level of customer service and addressing any special needs of passengers.
- Utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel clearly and in a timely manner during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
Delivering an Exceptional Service Experience:
- Providing quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience.
- Investigating and resolving service deviations regularly.
- Collaborating with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to provide a consistent service experience for owners and passengers.
- Resolving conflicts and challenges in an acceptable manner.
Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintaining regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Complying with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications and Experience:
Years of Experience:
4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation.
Type Rating:
FAA Type Rating G200 (preferred).

- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- ATP License
SIC:
- ATP License
- Total flight time: 2500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- Jet: 250 hours
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours
