Executive Jet Management Seeks G450 Pilot
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for a G450 aircraft based in Green Bay, Wisconsin (GRB). This is a two-pilot account flying approximately 300 hours annually, primarily to destinations in Florida and Colorado, and enjoys the support of a dedicated Maintenance Technician. The aircraft operates under Part 91 regulations.
As a PIC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. You will be responsible for all aspects of flight planning and execution, including crew coordination, risk mitigation, passenger briefings, and adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all crewing and trip assignments adhere to company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments.
- Utilize Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead briefings and proactively mitigate operational risks.
- Act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as outlined in company policy.
- Diligently complete all pre-flight tasks, including verifying aircraft maintenance status, and meticulously document any discrepancies.
- Oversee and ensure all aircraft ground servicing procedures (fueling, oil, oxygen) are executed according to SOPs.
- Deliver comprehensive passenger briefings adhering to company policy and regulations, while providing the highest level of customer service and accommodating special passenger needs.
- Employ effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) techniques to maintain clear and timely communication with crew and support personnel during all phases of flight.
Service Excellence:
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to aircraft owners and passengers, actively identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM experience.
- Proactively address and resolve service deviations.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all passengers.
- Exhibit professionalism and diplomacy in resolving conflicts or challenges.
Professional Development:
- Maintain all regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program, promptly reporting any safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation preferred
- FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet
- G450 or similar Gulfstream experience is highly desirable
Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- International experience
