Job Summary

The Corporate Pilot will be a crucial asset to Midamerica Jet, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations while upholding the company's steadfast commitment to passenger satisfaction and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for all passengers.
• Exercise sound judgment and make critical decisions to ensure the highest standards of flight safety.
• Actively implement and participate in effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following essential requirements to be considered for this position:

• A minimum of 3500 hours total flight time.
• At least 500 hours in jet aircraft, with a minimum of 200 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) in type.
• A minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• Demonstrated experience operating Light or Midsize Jet aircraft.
• A current and valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will also possess the following highly desirable attributes:

• A pristine safety record with no Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) violations.
• Previous experience operating under Part 135 regulations.
• Current qualification (PIC or SIC) in Phenom 100 or Phenom 300 aircraft.
• Prior experience within a corporate flight department environment.
