Flight Attendant - Asia

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the functions and duties as a Flight Attendant in the Asia region.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of cabin safety, cabin service, and in-flight equipment and system operation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with all FAA and Company safety and security standards, including proficiency in safety and emergency procedures, routine pre-flight safety equipment checks, and adherence to CRM (Crew Resource Management) practices.
- Ensure consistent adherence to food hygiene standards.
- Uphold Aviation Operations department goals: Safety, Security, Excellence in Customer Service, and Cost Effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of passenger care, including creating and maintaining guest profiles, procuring supplies, and monitoring and stocking the aircraft.
- Liaise with in-house catering suppliers (e.g., In-Suite Dining teams in Singapore, Macau, and Las Vegas) and with FBOs and Catering vendors at outstations.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure flight attendant staffing needs are met.
- Perform rostered standby duty, remaining available for notification and activation within three hours for assigned trips or aircraft.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Ensure all personal travel and ancillary documentation (Passports, Visas, Training records, manuals, etc.) remain valid and updated.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Flight Attendant Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- Completion of corporate or commercial emergency procedures training.
- CPR/First Aid or Medaire Training.
- Minimum 2 years of previous Corporate Aircraft or Premium Cabin Service (Business or First Class) Flight Attendant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of overall Flight Attendant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of national regulations and standards related to Flight Attendant flight crew members.
- Ability to perform effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, in a positive and upbeat manner.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Well-groomed and adaptable.
- Ability to be on-call and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and potentially stressful environment.
- Physical stamina to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction.
- Ability to work in an aircraft environment exposed to various operational factors such as noise, dust, and smoke.
- Ability to maintain a proper and professional attitude and communicate effectively with guests, management, team members, and external contacts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
