About the Role
Luxair Airlines is seeking a Cabin Crew Member (m/f/x) to join its Cabin Crew department. This role involves ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of passengers during all flight operations while adhering to service instructions and commercial guidelines. The position is based at Luxair Airlines.
Responsibilities

Perform duties related to the safety and security of passengers and flights during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.

Ensure effective communication between cabin and flight crew members using applicable terminology.

Provide assistance to passengers with special needs.

Administer first aid in medical emergencies on the ground or inflight.

Stay updated on all regulatory changes, documents, and instructions from Luxair.

Ensure passenger well-being according to applicable service instructions and commercial communication guidelines.

Adhere to current regulations and instructions, taking responsibility for in-flight sales processes.

Report any irregularities, feedback, or suggestions that occur during duty.
Requirements

Possess a secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent.

Hold a swimming and/or rescue certificate.

Be at least 18 years old and fit for flights.

Ability to work irregular schedules, including weekends.

Willingness to accept layovers at outstations.

Basic knowledge of standard office applications.

Customer-oriented with a smart appearance and adherence to uniform dress code.

Good communication skills in English, French, and German (spoken and written).

Ability to attend and successfully pass mandatory initial and recurrent training.
Desired Qualifications

Excellent customer contact skills and a highly service-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of Luxembourgish.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

Proficiency in departmental tools.
