About the Role
Luxair Airlines is seeking a Cabin Crew Member (m/f/x) to join their Cabin Crew department. This position will be based in Luxembourg and involves ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of passengers during all flight operations.
Responsibilities

Perform all duties related to the safety and security of passengers and flights during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.

Ensure effective communication between cabin and flight crew according to applicable instructions.

Provide assistance to special category passengers.

Administer first aid measures for medical emergencies on the ground or inflight.

Stay updated with all changes in regulations, documents, and instructions provided by Luxair.

Ensure guest well-being according to service instructions and commercial communication guidelines.

Act according to current regulations and instructions, taking responsibility for inflight sales.

Maintain familiarity with reporting procedures and communicate any issues, irregularities, feedback, or suggestions.
Requirements

Possession of a secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent.

A swimming and/or rescue certificate.

Minimum age of 18 years and fitness for flight duties.

Willingness to work irregular schedules, including weekends.

Acceptance of layovers at outstations.

Basic knowledge of standard office applications.

Customer orientation, smart appearance, and adherence to the uniform dress code.

Good communication skills in English, French, and German (spoken and written).

Successful completion of mandatory initial and recurrent training.
Desired Qualifications

Excellent customer contact skills and a high level of service orientation.

Basic knowledge of Luxembourgish.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

Proficiency in tools used within the department.

Demonstrated responsibility, dynamism, team orientation, and ability to handle stress.

Knowledge of any other language is considered a major asset.
