, we are looking for a (an):
Cabin Crew Backoffice Support (m/f/x)- limited contract
Main duties:
-
Provide administrative support to Cabin Crew Management within all related service activities such as writing of procedures, documentation and service manual and maintain the electronic filing updated
-
Be the interface between Head of Cabin Crew Department and Team Specialists for Cabin Crew matters and daily operation issues
-
Maintain and ensure follow-up of quality system, elaborate statistics and observe all required follow-up for cabin crew reports regarding quality issues
-
Attend meetings due to function specific responsibilities
-
Preparation of department documentation such as communication, revisions, meeting preparation and presentations
-
Deliver initial and recurrent courses according to EU OPS for Cabin Crew Members
-
Assist TS Training and be his back up
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
-
Be holder of a “Bac” or equivalent and have proven experience in a similar position
-
Show strong office management skills
-
Be well-organized and self-initiative
-
Be able to work independently
-
Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
-
Have good knowledge with standard office applications
-
Show good communication skills in English, French or German (spoken and written)
-
Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties
-
Show commitment to a high level of service standards, initiative and personal drive

Accept Duty Travel
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
-
Provide good project management skills
-
Have a deep knowledge of aviation regulation
-
Have a good knowledge of internal processes and regulations
-
Have a good knowledge of Luxembourgish
The ideal candidate:
-
The knowledge of any other language is considered as advantage
-
Have former experience as an active Cabin Crew Member
