Position Overview
The VIP Flight Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the utmost levels of service, safety, and security for all passengers. This esteemed position requires candidates with a strong service orientation, prepared to attend to VIPs globally in accordance with the company's philosophy and stringent service protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized and superior service to VIP clients during flights.
- Uphold and ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the journey.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to passengers during boarding, disembarking, and cater to any specific or special requests.
- Execute in-flight services, including sophisticated meal and beverage presentation, amenity distribution, and personalized entertainment support.
- Maintain the cabin environment to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Liaise effectively with the flight crew to guarantee seamless operations and an outstanding customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member, with a preference for roles within VIP or luxury aviation environments.
- Demonstrated and proven experience in VVIP service delivery.
- Mandatory residency or willingness to be based in Thailand.
- Expertise in wine knowledge and mixology is highly valued.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Candidates should possess an energetic, empathetic, and humble demeanor, coupled with a consistently positive and professional attitude.
