First Officer - Fast-Track to Captain

A new airline within the Lufthansa Group, is seeking experienced First Officers with a passion for aviation to join their dynamic team based in Munich. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the airline's growth and will be offered a fast-track upgrade to Captain. The ideal candidate will be a team player characterized by openness, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. This is a full-time, ready entry position within the Cockpit Crew. Responsibilities:

The First Officer will operate City Airlines aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism. They will act responsibly and sustainably, contributing to the company's culture and actively shaping its development. The role will involve operating new and exciting routes throughout Europe.

Qualifications:

  • EASA ATPL(A) is required.
  • A valid A320 Type Rating is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4,500 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft is required.
  • Must possess a valid Medical Class I certificate.
  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife or equivalent) is required.
  • Must be an EU citizen or hold an unrestricted residence and work permit.
  • A passport with unlimited validity is required, and for non-EU passports, there must be no stricter entry restrictions than with an EU passport.
  • Confident verbal and written language skills in English (at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4) are essential.

The selection process will be based on the company's standards. Recognition of Lufthansa Group selection procedures is possible.
