Responsibilities:
The Airbus A320 Instructor plays a crucial role in pilot training, ensuring top quality and maximum safety through their knowledge and experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing instruction for Type Rating trainings for our main client, SWISS International Airlines, and other customers.
- Conducting training sessions independently, competently, and with a focus on participant needs, demonstrating high commitment.
- Coordinating training in accordance with EASA guidelines and customer requirements.
- Documenting completed sessions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will teach flight, convey safety, share knowledge, and shape pilots. They will possess the following qualifications:
- Possession of, or previous possession of, an ATPL license from an EASA country.
- Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (or expired within the last three years) and possession of an SFI authorization (or higher) for Airbus A320.
- Fluency in German and English (ICAO Level 4).
- Availability for a minimum of five days per month (three effective working days).
- Flexibility, coupled with independence and creativity.
- Strong sense of responsibility, intercultural skills, and a pronounced customer focus.
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS-Office.
