Compensation and Benefits
The comprehensive compensation package for this Falcon 2000LXS Captain position is competitive and calculated in United States Dollars (USD). Final payments are disbursed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing spot rate at the time of payment. All payments are meticulously structured to be net of Vietnamese local personal income taxes, which are fully covered by the airline, ensuring a clear and attractive take-home salary.
Salary & Benefits Details:
- Roster: A commutable 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF schedule, optimizing rest and personal time.
- Basic Net Salary: USD 10,500 per month.
- Productivity Pay: USD 140 per block hour, rewarding efficiency and performance.
- Overtime: USD 600 per day, applicable for extended duty.
- Accommodation Allowance: USD 1,500 per month, providing flexibility for housing.
- Layover Accommodation: Provided in recognized brand hotels during company travel, ensuring comfort and quality during duty periods away from base.
- Vacation: Not applicable with the 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF roster structure, as dedicated off-periods are built-in to the work schedule.
- Tax Coverage: Vietnamese Personal Income Taxes are entirely paid by the airline, simplifying financial arrangements.
- Additional Provisions: Includes an annual return ticket to the pilot's home country (up to USD 3,000 maximum), a spouse ticket if applicable, and a relocation allowance to assist with the transition to Vietnam.

Minimum Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Falcon 2000LXS Captain role must meet the following stringent criteria to ensure operational excellence and compliance:
- Possession of a valid Falcon 2000LXS type rating.
- A minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time specifically on the Falcon 2000LXS aircraft.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time on the Falcon 2000LXS aircraft type.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time across all aircraft types.
- The candidate must have last flown the Falcon 2000LXS within the last six months to demonstrate current proficiency and experience.
- Possession of a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Possession of a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- The candidate must be under 58 years of age at the time of application.
