Position Overview and Contract Details
This critical role offers a challenging and rewarding career path within a dynamic, fast-growing aviation market. The initial contract spans two years and is structured for long-term renewal. Successful candidates will benefit from a highly sought-after commutable roster of six weeks on duty followed by two weeks off duty (6/2 roster).

All salary and benefits are calculated based on established USD amounts, ensuring stability and clarity. Final net payments are processed monthly in Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing spot rate. Crucially, the employer covers all Vietnamese local personal income taxes, maximizing the Captain’s take-home pay.
In addition to the generous compensation package, a monthly accommodation allowance is provided, and the operator utilizes high-quality, recognized brand hotels during company travel and layovers. Comprehensive international health insurance is also provided for the pilot.
Compensation and Benefits (Falcon 2000LXS Captain)
All amounts listed are calculated in USD. Final payments are made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the official spot rate, net of Vietnamese Personal Income Taxes.
- Roster: 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF (Commutable)
- Basic Salary (Net): USD 10,500 per month
- Productivity Pay: USD 140 per block hour
- Overtime Pay: USD 600 per day
- Accommodation Allowance: USD 1,500 per month
- Layover Accommodation: Recognized brand hotels
- Vacation: Not applicable with the 6/2 roster cycle
- Vietnamese Personal Income Taxes: Paid entirely by the airline

- Annual return ticket to the Captain’s home base (maximum USD 3,000)

Minimum Experience Requirements
Candidates must satisfy the following essential criteria to be considered for the Falcon 2000LXS Captain position:
- Must hold a valid Falcon 2000XLS type rating.
- Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on the Falcon 2000LXS.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours total time on the Falcon 2000LXS aircraft type.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Must have flown the type within the last six months.
- Must possess a valid ICAO Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Must possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English proficiency Level 4 or above is mandatory.
- Applicants must be under 58 years of age at the time of application.
