In this role, individuals will command and deliver flight crew training on highly modified Dash 8 aircraft, equipped with advanced surveillance technology. As a captain within the surveillance team, the incumbent will provide essential leadership and support to the crew, ensuring the successful execution of each mission with diligence, speed, and professionalism.
Members of the training and checking team will play a critical role in the professional development of Dash 8 pilots. This involves conducting comprehensive training and checking activities utilizing both aircraft and simulator platforms. The position offers significant job satisfaction and excellent opportunities for career growth as an instructor, with training provided for additional instructor and examiner qualifications.

Training Captains: From $212,961 per annum.
Simulator Instructors: From $250,503 per annum.
Note: A 6% increase is scheduled for 2026, with 2% annual increments thereafter. Attractive location incentives, travel, and overtime allowances also apply.
