Chief Flight Attendant / Cabin Services Director

Position Summary:
This position, contingent upon contract award, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cabin services and flight attendant operations. The Chief Flight Attendant / Cabin Services Director ensures the highest standards of safety, service, and performance are met in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages cabin crew schedules, resource allocation, and ensures strict compliance with airline policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with network planning departments to strategically allocate cabin resources for flights.
- Evaluates and provides constructive feedback on cabin crew performance, conducts performance appraisals, and identifies training and development needs.
- Leads the hiring process for cabin crew, conducts interviews, and makes staffing decisions.
- Develops and implements training programs, mentors new cabin crew members, and provides ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Possession of an active DoD Top Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Proven leadership experience with a Part 121 air carrier.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA aviation safety regulations and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must reside in the Las Vegas area.
- Ability to pass a medical examination and obtain fit-to-fly certification.
- Must be between 5 feet and 6 feet 1 inch in height.
- Must be in possession of a valid U.S. Passport.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 and a pre-employment drug screen.
