L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and qualified aviation professional to serve as Chief Flight Attendant / Cabin Services Director based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of cabin services, optimizing crew performance, and maintaining stringent regulatory compliance within a Part 121 operational environment.
The Chief Flight Attendant / Cabin Services Director will be responsible for the comprehensive operational management of cabin crews. This includes overseeing cabin crew scheduling, managing resource allocation across the flight network, and ensuring stringent compliance with airline policies and aviation regulations. The role involves collaboration with the network planning department to efficiently allocate resources for flights.
A key function is the performance management of cabin crew members, which entails evaluating performance, conducting formal appraisals, and identifying training needs to foster continuous improvement. The Director plays a crucial role in building the cabin services team through conducting hiring interviews and making staffing decisions. Additionally, the position involves mentoring new cabin crew members and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the entire team.
