Pilot in Command – Falcon 900EX
Jet Linx is seeking a qualified and experienced Pilot in Command for a full-time position operating a Falcon 900EX aircraft. This role is based in Minneapolis, MN, and requires the pilot to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the home base. The position involves both Part 91 and 135 flight operations.
The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Position Summary:
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the overall safety and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Time in Type (Falcon 900EX): 250 hours
- PIC Time in Type (Falcon 900EX): 250 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Instrument Time: 300 hours
Essential Functions:
- Adheres to duty, flight, and rest time requirements as dictated by company policy and CFRs.
- Maintains consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintains and manages electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensures navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
- Maintains a current 1st Class medical certificate.
- Demonstrates strong, proactive decision-making skills.
- Embodies Jet Linx’s core values in all interactions.
Other Requirements:
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Must possess a current passport.
- Must hold an ATP (or have the ability to obtain one).
- Must hold a 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Must hold an FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing when required.
- Must possess the unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
- Must be able to release and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- The majority of work is completed in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
- Must be able to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
