Pilot in Command – Beechjet/Nextant – Full-Time Position in Tulsa, OK
Jet Linx invites applications for a full-time Pilot in Command (PIC) position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves operating light jet aircraft under Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. Candidates must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a two-hour response radius of the Tulsa base.
Position Summary:
The PIC reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and established company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Total PIC time: 2000 hours
- Total time in type (Beechjet/Nextant): 250 hours
- Total PIC time in type (Beechjet/Nextant): 250 hours
- Total multi-engine time: 1500 hours
- Total multi-engine PIC time: 500 hours
- Total turbine time: 500 hours
- Total instrument time: 300 hours
Essential Functions:
- Adherence to company and CFR-mandated duty, flight, and rest time regulations.
- Maintaining consistent communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Proficient management and maintenance of electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensuring all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
- Maintaining a valid First Class medical certificate.
- Demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Completion of initial or recurrent 142 type rating training within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Possession of (or eligibility for) a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid passport.
- Possession of (or eligibility for) an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Current First Class medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and willingness to undergo random drug/alcohol testing as required.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds; majority of work performed in and around aircraft and terminals.
