Jet Linx - Second in Command
Jet Linx is seeking highly qualified Second in Command (SIC) candidates for its heavy jet aircraft operations under Part 91 and 135 regulations. Successful candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a two-hour response radius of the designated base.
Position Summary:
The SIC reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering strictly to Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total flight time: 2500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
- Multi-engine time: 500 hours
- Turbine time: 100 hours
- Instrument time: 150 hours
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Initial or recurrent type rating training (142) completed within the past 24 months.
Other Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Current passport
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
