Jet Linx is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Captain candidates to operate its Midsize jet aircraft. This critical role involves demanding Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, upholding the highest standards of safety and service for private jet travel. The successful Captain is expected to either reside within a two-hour call-out radius of their designated home base or demonstrate a clear willingness to relocate to meet this essential operational requirement.
Minimum Flight Time Requirements
Prospective Captains must demonstrate the following minimum flight experience:
- Total Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2000 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this aviation Captain position must also fulfill the following prerequisites:
- Initial or recurrent FAA Part 142 approved training in type within the last 24 months is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of legal eligibility to work within the United States.
- A current, valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for international travel.
- Holds a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or the ability to obtain an ATP prior to employment.
- Possesses a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Holds a valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and consent to random drug and alcohol testing as required by federal regulations.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally, including to all European Union (EU) countries, Canada, and Caribbean nations.
