Jet Linx, a leader in private aviation services, invites applications from highly qualified and professional aviators for the role of Pilot in Command (PIC) aboard the Citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft fleet. This essential full-time position supports both demanding Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations based near Minneapolis, MN.

Candidates must maintain a dedicated focus on safety and superior client service, representing Jet Linx’s core values in every interaction. Successful applicants are required to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the designated home base.

Role Summary and Reporting Structure

The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC is charged with the primary responsibility of preparing for and executing the safe, legal, and efficient operation of company aircraft. This includes strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs/CFRs) and established company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The starting base annual salary for the Citation XLS/XLS+ Pilot in Command ranges from $145,000 to $200,000. The actual salary offered is determined by geographic location, specific aircraft size (crew positions), and the relevant education, training, and experience of the selected candidate.
