VIP Flight Attendant
Jet Aviation Staffing, on behalf of its client, seeks a highly skilled and dedicated VIP Flight Attendant to join a dynamic Part 91 Flight Department in the Los Angeles, California area. This is a full-time opportunity to provide exceptional service and ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers. Responsibilities:
The VIP Flight Attendant delivers an exceptional level of personalized service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting passengers and assisting with their personal belongings.
- Explaining the use of safety equipment and serving food and beverages with impeccable presentation.
- Directing and assisting passengers in emergency situations.
- Verifying the functionality of first aid kits and emergency equipment.
- Securing the cabin according to federal regulations before takeoff and landing.
- Administering basic first aid, including CPR and AED.
- Reassuring passengers during turbulence or other unusual events.
- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, paying special attention to those with specific needs.
- Performing preflight briefings.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of food, beverages, blankets, reading material, and emergency equipment are onboard.
- Facilitating and managing VIP passenger requests.
- Shopping for and stocking specially requested items.
- Preparing food and beverages for passengers and crew.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each flight leg.
- Maintaining the aircraft's readiness for flight at all times.
- Completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.
- Conducting periodic cabin checks to ensure passenger comfort and cleanliness.
- Operating audio and video systems.
- Operating all cabin features, including berthing seats and divan beds.
- Operating all galley equipment.
- Operating all features of the Cabin Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- A thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations is required.
- Current First Aid Training Certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
- Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or a similar accredited provider is preferred, with annual recurrent training required. Candidates without formal training may be considered but must complete an initial flight attendant training course prior to flight assignment. Preference will be given to candidates with training completed within the past 12 months.
