Seeking professional, flexible, dynamic, and motivated aviator for a Part 91 flight department that operates a Hawker 400XP. We need great communicators coupled with enthusiasm and a passion to deliver the best possible flight experience from beginning to end.
The Chief Pilot must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills combined with a deep understanding of the General Operations Manual, FAA regulations, operations specifications, and flight manuals.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for daily management and performance monitoring for all crew members.
+ Sets and maintains operational and technical standards and procedures for the aircraft.
+ Defines necessary directives for flight crew members and monitors performance
+ Promotes corporate culture for safety through training and promotion activities
+ Other tasks as given
Minimum Requirements:
+ Airline Transport Certificate
+ First Class Medical
+ US Passport
+ No Accidents/incidents/enforcement actions
+ Total flight time: 5000 hours
+ Multi Engine Land (MEL): 3000 hours
+ Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
+ PIC in Type: 500 hours
+ Instrument: 300 hours
+ Jet: 500 hours
+ Preference given to candidates with a Hawker 400XP type rating.
+ Must Live within a 1 hours’ drive of the Leesburg Executive Airport
