Pilot - FAR Part 135 Flight Operations

Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully execute all assigned pilot duties with professionalism, precision, and an unwavering focus on safety.
- Meticulously adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 and broader FAA directives, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
- Operate aircraft strictly in accordance with company manuals, directives, policies, and standard operating procedures, upholding organizational safety and quality benchmarks.
- Actively participate in and champion company safety programs, ensuring personal and operational adherence to robust safety protocols.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, encompassing all phases of flight. This includes proficient in-flight duty execution, seamless coordination with dispatch for pre-flight readiness, meticulous aircraft cleaning and stocking, and efficient handling of baggage and equipment during loading and unloading.
- Demonstrate exemplary attendance, reliability, and punctuality, essential for consistent operational readiness.
- Strictly conform to all company policies and professional standards of conduct.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to overall team success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid **FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate** with an **Instrument Rating**.
- A Multi-Engine Rating may be required depending on aircraft assignment.
- Meet all applicable FAA minimums and aeronautical experience requirements for the position.
- Proven ability to maintain currency and proficiency in assigned aircraft types, strictly adhering to FAR Part 135 requirements.
- Current and valid **FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate**.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Exhibit a consistently positive and supportive demeanor towards clients and the company, enhancing stakeholder relations.
- Valid U.S. state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and comprehensive criminal history background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1000 hours total flight time is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- The role involves work across diverse environments including office settings, outdoor operational areas, and within aircraft. Exposure to varying weather conditions, including inclement weather, is anticipated.
- Requires intermittent physical activity such as standing, bending, and reaching, alongside prolonged periods of sitting during flight and ground operations.
- Capacity to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, vertically to a height of four feet, and maneuver loads at arm's length.
