Intermountain Healthcare is currently seeking candidates for the highly critical role of Commercial Aviation Specialist, dedicated to supporting essential air medical transport services. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Licensing and Certification: Possession of a current and valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Instrument Rating (IR), issued under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) authority.
• Medical Certification: A current FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in utilizing specialized scheduling and flight operations software is essential.
• Operational Availability: The pilot must possess the inherent ability to work flexible hours and maintain continuous availability for unpredictable on-call responsibilities, crucial for meeting critical mission timelines.

Highly Desirable Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be afforded to those applicants who possess the following experience:

• Significant previous operational experience within the air ambulance or critical care transport sector.
• Proven background and experience as an aviation Check Airman or Instructor.
