Senior Flight Attendant - Charlotte, NC
Honeywell is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Flight Attendant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and exceptional service for our passengers. Reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, this on-site position requires a professional who can foster a cohesive cabin crew team and contribute to efficient flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Compliance

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight experience.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks to verify that all required equipment is onboard and operational.

Deliver comprehensive safety briefings and emergency instructions.

Respond immediately to onboard emergencies and provide necessary notifications to the Pilot in Command (PIC).

Execute emergency procedures in strict accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Active participation in the Safety Management System (SMS).
In-Flight Service Excellence

Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, including menu planning, catering coordination, and professional food presentation.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards.

Provide personalized, first-class service to ensure passenger comfort from boarding through arrival.
Cabin Operations

Maintain clean, organized, and secure cabin, galley, and baggage areas.

Oversee aircraft inventory and ensure all supplies and provisions are properly stocked.

Review flight details and requirements derived from pilot briefings.

Support broader flight operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant.

Certification from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization.

Strong expertise in culinary arts, food service, wine/beverage knowledge, and menu planning for VIP/corporate passengers.

In-depth familiarity with aircraft safety procedures and cabin operations.

Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.

Experience on G600, G550, or G650 aircraft types is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, aviation management, or a related field.

Demonstrated team-building capabilities.

Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
