Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Captain to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Captain, you will:
Act as pilot in command or second in command, responsible for safe conduct of assigned flights and provide final authority in operation of aircraft. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and foreign regulations, as well as policies and procedures specified in company operations manual. Operates under both Part 135 and Part 91 flight rules. Expect to fly 400 hours per year.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • High school diploma.
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
  • 5000 hours total flight time, including 2000 hours pilot-in-command experience, and 500 hours jet experience.
  • Able to fly both international and domestic as a pilot-in-command.
  • Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Restricted Radiotelephone Operator permit.
  • Able to obtain and maintain FAA First Class medical certificate.
  • Able to obtain and maintain valid passport and any visas required for travel destinations.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Gulfstream (GVII) type rating.
  • Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 135 experience.
  • Experience as a corporate pilot.
  • International experience.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • As company’s most visible representative to passengers, must act with tact and decorum while ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Ability to monitor crew performance and share knowledge effectively with other crewmembers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to research latest changes in world of aviation and implement same as required.
  • Safety focused and have no FAA violations.
  • Ability to travel extensively while performing functions of position, including internationally and overnight away from corporate offices for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
