Goose is seeking a highly experienced and skilled G5 Captain to join their exclusive team, operating the G5 aircraft. This prestigious position is based in Central Africa, offering a unique 2-month on, 2-month off rotation schedule. The successful candidate will be a professional who consistently ensures the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort. They will possess extensive experience in corporate or VIP aviation, demonstrating exceptional decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the G5 aircraft in strict adherence to all applicable aviation regulations and company policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, encompassing weather assessments, route planning, and fuel calculations.
• Perform meticulous pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Coordinate seamlessly with co-pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Adhere to the highest safety standards, conducting regular checks and emergency procedures as required.
• Ensure full compliance with all national and international aviation regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of aircraft systems, performance, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions with the crew.
• Provide exceptional service to passengers, guaranteeing their safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Address any passenger inquiries or concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy for all passengers.
• Complete all necessary documentation and reports, including flight logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Participate actively in company meetings, training programs, and safety audits as required.

Professional Requirements:

• Type rating for the Gulfstream G5 with a minimum of 2,000 hours on type.
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Gulfstream G5.
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions.
