This permanent, full-time position is based in Dubai and involves operating a private fleet of aircraft, facilitating extensive worldwide business travel. Responsibilities and Leadership
Serving as the most senior professional within a standard three-crew setup, the Senior Cabin Crew Member holds primary responsibility for all aspects of cabin service and guest experience. The role demands exceptional leadership, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Duties
- Leading and executing superior cabin service standards across the client's diverse private aircraft types.
- Acting as the principal liaison between the flight crew and the client's private butler/ground team regarding customized catering, provisioning, and specialized onboard requirements.
- Ensuring impeccable, seamless, and highly personalized service delivery tailored to the client's exacting standards.
- Upholding the client’s values and brand identity with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and warmth during all interactions.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
The ideal applicant will possess a proven background in elite aviation environments and demonstrate exceptional cultural sensitivity and service orientation.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience serving as a Senior Cabin Crew Member, Purser, or Corporate Flight Attendant within the private aviation sector or highly premium commercial operations (First Class/Executive Jets).
- Location: Candidates must currently be based in Europe or possess current residency within Dubai.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration package is highly competitive, reflective of the senior nature and requirements of this private role.
- Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 (USD)
- Per Diem Allowance: $120 USD per day allocated when operating away from the Dubai base.
