German Airways is actively seeking highly experienced Co-pilots (m/f/d) to strengthen its professional flight crew at the Cologne/Bonn operational base. Candidate Profile
Prospective Co-pilots are expected to possess the following essential qualifications, extensive experience, and professional attributes:
- EASA ATPL(A) (Airline Transport Pilot Licence - Aeroplane)
- Current EASA Medical Certificate Class 1
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Proficiency in German (native speaker or minimum B2 level) or English (native speaker or minimum B2 level)
- A minimum of 4,000 hours total flying experience, including at least 1,000 hours on aircraft with a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) exceeding 20 tonnes
- Unrestricted EU passport
- Possession of A-levels, an entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
- Valid authorisation to work legally within the European Union
- A current and valid reliability check clearance
- Demonstrated leadership qualities combined with a high degree of personal responsibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to teamwork
