Senior Cabin Crew Member (m/f/d)

German Airways, Germany's second-oldest airline, is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Cabin Crew Member to join our team in Cologne/Bonn (CGN). With over 60 years of expertise and a modern fleet of Embraer E190 jets, we provide exceptional service and tailored solutions within the European wet-lease and charter market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional passenger care from boarding through to disembarkation.
  • Lead and coordinate cabin crew operations during flights.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain cabin safety in accordance with EASA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Cabin Manager and the flight deck team to guarantee an optimal flight experience.
  • Oversee quality management and rigorous adherence to safety standards.
  • Complete all necessary post-flight reporting and administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (pursuant to EASA ORO.CC.120) and SCCM training certificate (pursuant to EASA ORO.CC.200).
  • Professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in an equivalent aviation role.
  • Valid medical certificate for cabin crew and a recent negative drug screening report.
  • Valid hygiene training certification in accordance with EU Regulation 852/2004.
  • Minimum age of 21 years and a minimum height of 1.60 m.
  • Fluent English language skills; German and additional foreign languages are considered an asset.
  • Ability to reach the station within 90 minutes for on-call duties.
  • Resilience, a strong service orientation, and a high level of safety awareness.
  • Proficiency in IT and access to a tablet or PC for flight duty preparation.
  • Unrestricted valid passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit is required.
  • Professional appearance, engaging personality, strong team spirit, and social competence.
