As a Senior Cabin Crew Member with German Airways, you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional and safe flight experience for all passengers. This challenging yet rewarding position involves leading the cabin crew team, upholding the highest safety standards, and providing outstanding customer service on board our Embraer E190 aircraft.

Provide professional care and service to passengers from boarding to disembarkation.

Lead and coordinate the cabin crew team effectively during flight operations.

Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain cabin safety in strict accordance with EASA regulations.

Collaborate closely with Cabin Management and the Cockpit team to deliver an optimal inflight experience.

Take responsibility for quality management and rigorous adherence to safety standards.

Complete necessary reporting and administrative tasks following each flight.
Qualifications

Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA ORO.CC.120 compliant).

Current Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) Training Certificate (EASA ORO.CC.200 compliant).

Demonstrable professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation role.

Valid Aviation Medical Certificate.

Current negative drug screening report.

Valid hygiene training certificate, compliant with EU Regulation 852/2004.

Fluent command of the English language. Proficiency in German and other foreign languages is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in IT skills and reliable access to a tablet or PC for flight duty preparation.

Possession of a valid passport without restrictions. Non-EU citizens must also hold a valid residence permit and work permit for Germany.

Ability to reach the Cologne/Bonn (CGN) duty station within 90 minutes for standby duties.
